Which materials and hardware are included?
The selected project specification determines the materials, finish and hardware. Catalogue images show style references; they do not establish a standard material, brand or thickness for every cabinet.
Do you offer samples or finish confirmation?
Sample and finish-review requirements can be discussed during specification. Availability, costs and timing need confirmation for the selected materials.
What are the minimum order quantity and lead time?
These depend on the cabinet configuration, quantities, customization and delivery scope. We confirm both in the project quotation rather than applying an unsupported standard promise.
Can your team install the cabinets overseas?
Yes. Jochan has its own installation team that can travel to the client’s country. Site readiness, travel arrangements, schedule, installation scope and costs are agreed for the project.

We can coordinate procurement and consolidated shipping for agreed product categories. Share the full materials list so we can review packing, timing and shipment requirements together.
